OnBase Technical Lead

Client is seeking an experienced OnBase Technical Lead to serve as the principal technical authority for its OnBase applications. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise with OnBase WorkView and Workflow, along with strong experience in application development, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and technical leadership. The OnBase Technical Lead will lead the development team in designing, developing, enhancing, testing, and implementing OnBase solutions that support complex business requirements. The successful candidate will function as a technical and functional architect, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while providing hands-on guidance throughout the application development lifecycle., * Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for OnBase applications, with a primary focus on WorkView and Workflow.

• Lead the development team in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and implementing enhancements to existing OnBase applications.
• Architect, configure, develop, and optimize OnBase WorkView applications and Workflow processes.
• Translate business and user requirements into detailed technical and functional solutions.
• Lead application development activities through requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Develop and implement interface, process, and workflow strategies for OnBase applications.
• Review technical designs and provide recommendations to improve application performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Configure and administer OnBase environments and applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues involving OnBase applications and workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during system and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and users to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet organizational objectives.
• Identify, track, and resolve technical issues, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Estimate development effort and timelines and help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Provide regular and accurate project/status updates to management and team members.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and training to development and support staff on OnBase tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Establish and promote development standards, best practices, and technical procedures for OnBase solutions.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and application development standards.

• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical education/study.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications.
• Expert-level knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow.
• Strong knowledge of OnBase system configuration and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to design, configure, develop, and optimize OnBase solutions.
• Strong understanding of the OnBase Unity Client and its use with OnBase applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving OnBase production issues.
• Experience leading or mentoring application development teams.
• Strong understanding of the full software/application development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional designs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills., * OnBase WorkView certification.
• OnBase Workflow certification.
• Experience serving as an OnBase Technical Lead, Architect, or Senior Developer.
• Experience with complex OnBase implementations, integrations, interfaces, and workflow automation.
• Experience providing technical leadership across multiple phases of application development and implementation.
