- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes and enhancements
- Support HR system upgrades, patches, and new feature releases, including impact assessment and regression testing
- Build and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for system changes, partnering with stakeholders on UAT
- Support HR systems projects - module rollouts, integrations, and business process updates - as a key contributor
- Create user guides and training materials, and help train business partners on system changes
- Help uphold system governance, data integrity, and compliance with HR regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX), including supporting audits and data privacy initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience across the HR tech stack, including configuring Workday, day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and integrations
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations
- Experience with Ashby, Google Apps, Slack, Internal Applications, JIRA, OKTA
- Experience with Workday talent management and advanced compensation
- Experience with Workday studio integrations
