Requirements

8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Triggers.
Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and other asynchronous processing.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security/sharing, transaction management, and performance optimization.
Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
Experience with Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise solutions.
Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and source-driven development.
Strong communication, code review, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification; PD2 preferred.
Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
Experience with event-driven or near real-time architectures.
Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
