Job description

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Triggers.
  • Implement asynchronous processing using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and related Salesforce capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and other integration technologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Apply Salesforce best practices for security, sharing, governor limits, transaction management, and performance optimization.
  • Participate in solution design, architecture, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Use Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and source-driven development practices.
  • Mentor developers and contribute to development standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Senior Salesforce Engineer / Lead Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, asynchronous processing, and enterprise architecture.

This is a coding-intensive, hands-on development role. Candidates must be comfortable with live coding, technical assessments, architecture discussions, and production support., * 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Triggers

Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and asynchronous processing.

Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security/sharing, transaction management, and performance optimization.

Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience.

Experience with Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and source-driven development.

Strong communication, code review, and mentoring skills., * Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification; PD2 preferred.

  • Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience with event-driven or near-real-time architectures.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience working with globally distributed development teams.

Interview Process

Candidates must be comfortable with a coding-intensive technical interview, including:

  • Live coding from scratch
  • Screen sharing during technical interviews
  • Apex/LWC coding assessments
  • Salesforce design and architecture discussions
