Managed IT Services Consultant

• Provide comprehensive managed IT services for the environment.
• Serve as the primary IT support resource for approximately 30 users.
• Manage help desk support and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Oversee cybersecurity, device management, and system monitoring.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Handle IT asset management and strategic technology consulting.
• Work closely with staff, the Contract Manager, and partner IT personnel to maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment.
• Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with vendors and handle documentation and reporting.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Certified Administrator certifications.
• Microsoft Security certifications.
• Azure Administrator Associate.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience within the last five years supporting Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, System networking, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with Windows administration and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong experience with cybersecurity operations and endpoint management.
• Experience with Help Desk support and SharePoint administration.
• Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-based environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation and security review prior to assignment.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality of all organizational information.
• Must adhere to cybersecurity best practices and all applicable security policies., * Microsoft 365 Administration.
