Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on specialist in Omnissa Intelligence - the analytics and automation layer of the Omnissa digital workspace platform (formerly VMware Workspace ONE/Horizon) - to help our IT organization turn endpoint, application, and virtual desktop telemetry into proactive action. You’ll own dashboards, workflows, and remediation automations that keep employee experience high and IT operations efficient. Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Omnissa Intelligence dashboards and reports covering device health, app performance, DEX scores, and security posture across Workspace ONE UEM, Horizon, and Omnissa Access.
  • Build low-code automation workflows using Freestyle Orchestrator to trigger remediation actions (patching, config changes, ticket creation) based on telemetry thresholds.
  • Correlate telemetry from multiple sources (endpoints, VDI sessions, network, third-party security tools) to perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents.
  • Partner with helpdesk/ITSM teams to reduce mean-time-to-resolution by integrating Intelligence insights into ticketing workflows.
  • Tune sentiment and experience scoring models to reflect real user pain points; validate against employee feedback.
  • Integrate Trust Network partners (e.g., Mobile Threat Defense, CASB solutions) into Intelligence for unified risk scoring.
  • Use Omni (the AI assistant) for natural-language querying and faster data exploration within the console.
  • Document architecture, data flows, and runbooks; train helpdesk and L2 support staff on interpreting Intelligence dashboards.
  • Track KPIs (device compliance %, app crash rates, boot/login times, sentiment scores) and report trends to leadership., Description Internal Audits mission is to help our businesses improve controllership, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years of applied, hands-on experience with Omnissa Intelligence (or its predecessor, Workspace ONE Intelligence) in a production environment - not just training/certification.
  • Working knowledge of Workspace ONE UEM and/or Horizon environments, since Intelligence ingests telemetry from both.
  • Experience building or maintaining low-code/no-code automation workflows (Freestyle Orchestrator or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with EUC/DEX concepts: device compliance, app performance monitoring, VDI session health, sentiment analysis.
  • Comfort working with dashboards, custom reports, and data correlation across multiple telemetry sources.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills across endpoints, network, and virtual environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating third-party security tools (Lookout MTD, Netskope CASB, etc.) into the Omnissa Trust Network.
  • Background in ITSM tooling integration (ServiceNow, etc.) via the Workspace ONE ITSM Connector.
  • Omnissa/VMware certifications (e.g., Digital Workspace, UEM, or Horizon specialist tracks).
  • Scripting ability (PowerShell, Python) for extending automation beyond native workflows.
