Java Developer TS/SCI

Design, develop, test, integrate, document, and deploy analytic software using sound software engineering practices. Develop reusable solutions, manage code configurations, perform comprehensive unit and integration testing, and participate in peer design and code reviews. Incorporate analytics into approved cloud architectures and work with enterprise hosting, storage, and development environments. Evaluate analytic code for compatibility, performance, strengths, and limitations prior to integration. Support the complete lifecycle of analytic capabilities from prototype through operational deployment, sustainment, and continued evolution. Develop supporting technical documentation and work with analysts to capture and communicate analytic tradecraft.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent. Demonstrated expertise developing production software in Java, with experience designing, testing, debugging, integrating, and maintaining complex software applications. Experience translating mission or user needs into technical solutions and collaborating with analysts, developers, and technical stakeholders.

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories. Experience with Maven, Query Time Analytics, and JavaScript. Knowledge of DataXplorer and experience working with geolocation data.

Salary Range: 181k - 201k

The salary range for this role represents Aperio’s good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
