Requirements
3+ years of IT support experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, fab, plant, or industrial environment. Strong experience in desktop, laptop, mobile device, and printer support in a manufacturing/fabrication (Fab) environment. Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications. Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, device imaging, software installation, and configuration. Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN, and basic network connectivity troubleshooting. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar ticketing systems. Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus solutions, device encryption, and patch management. Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and access-related support. Familiarity with asset and inventory management processes for IT hardware and software. Understanding of software licensing compliance and IT security policies. Strong documentation, communication, and customer support skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/fab environment supporting production-critical systems. Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and service desk best practices
