Job description

Seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and enterprise integrations. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment., * Develop secure, scalable, high-quality microservices using Spring Boot

Build and manage REST/SOAP APIs with API gateways (e.g., IBM DataPower)
Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
Use Redis for caching and AWS services (SQS, SES) for messaging/email
Create technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and support testing
Lead design efforts and mentor team members

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years IT, 5+ years Java development/integration

Top Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, REST/SOAP, Kafka, Redis, * 7+ years IT, 5+ years Java (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, XML, REST, SOAP)

Strong microservices and enterprise integration experience
Proficient with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Batch
Experience with Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, and version control (Git, Maven, Jenkins)
Solid understanding of security (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and databases (Oracle, MySQL)
Familiar with UML, scripting (Unix, Perl), and agile/waterfall methodologies
AWS experience (SQS, SES) and caching (Redis) required
