Technical Infrastructure Project Manager

Program and Project Delivery Semiconductor Manufacturing and Engineering Enablement Executive Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Change, Risk, Governance, and Vendor Management Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Configuration Management, or CMDB Administration.

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments including: o Servers (Windows/Linux) o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) o Network infrastructure o Storage and virtualization technologies

• Hands-on experience with CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow CMDB or similar solutions.
• Experience with configuration item (CI) lifecycle management and relationship mapping.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Incident, Asset, and Configuration Management.
• Experience with discovery, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data governance skills.
