Job description

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of software development projects and be tasked with partnering across various disciplines within the organization. This position can be based in one of several offices; including San Francisco or Denver. Our team focuses on delivering software development projects with accuracy and predictability across multiple business areas, including data and ad tech. We work collaboratively across many offices and areas within the organization, including engineering, product management, marketing, operations, sales, and other program management teams.

  • Lead software development projects through all phases, from requirements to deployment.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Develop project plans, estimate resources, and manage timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Communicate status, success criteria, and changes to all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing technology projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Expertise in program estimation and risk assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
