Remote Program Manager (Data Center Equipment Program Standards)

Own program-wide standards across a large, developer-led hyperscale data center portfolio. Where the category TPMs drive equipment strategy, this role governs the standards that sit across all categories: quality, warranties, spares, inventory strategy, and program analytics. You ensure standards are defined once and applied consistently across sites, and you give leadership a clear read on program health.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Quality Standards

Define and govern equipment and process quality standards across the program. Ensure equipment meets established project requirements through a clear quality interface with engineering and developers.

Warranty Management

Establish and administer the warranty framework across the portfolio. Manage warranty validation, claims, and vendor accountability, and align warranty terms with operations handover timelines.

Spares Program

Define spares strategy for critical equipment. Optimize replacement parts planning, allocations, and critical stock availability to support execution and operational readiness.

Inventory Strategy

Establish inventory strategy across internal and external warehousing. Optimize staging, positioning, and delivery timing to support site-ready timelines without excess carrying cost.

Program Analytics

Deliver key metrics, operational insight, and program performance reporting to leadership. Track quality, warranty, spares, and inventory health, and surface program-level risks early.

10+ years in program management, supply chain operations, quality, or technical procurement in capital-intensive environments (hyperscale infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, construction).

• Direct experience owning quality, warranty, spares, or inventory strategy at program or portfolio scale.

• Track record establishing governance frameworks and holding cross-functional compliance across multiple sites and stakeholders.

• Strong analytics and reporting: able to turn program data into clear insight and recommendations for leadership.

• Owner’s-representative mindset: you drive oversight, standardization, and strategy without directing or taking over the developers’ and contractors’ execution. - Experience running quality, warranty, or spares programs in hyperscale data center or critical infrastructure.

• Comfort running recurring business reviews and vendor accountability cadences.

• Experience interfacing between build/procurement and operations teams.
