Requirements

  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an agile context, paired with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Tooling: Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and skillfully resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders, Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Project Management) or equivalent experience; Certifications: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent certification.
