• Contribute to IT and digital transformation projects that support business priorities across Honeywell Aerospace.

• Develop foundational skills in project management, business analysis, technical problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology operations., * Internship, co-op, academic, hackathon, capstone, or project experience involving technology, data, systems, business analysis, automation, or process improvement.
• Exposure to project management, agile practices, business requirements, dashboards, reporting, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Git/GitHub, Visio, or similar technologies.
• Interest in learning how technology supports aerospace operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, customer support, and other business functions.
• Ability to synthesize information, tell a clear story with data, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with peers, mentors, managers, and leaders.
• Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and contributing to a high-impact early career program.

You will be expected to bring curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset while developing the professional and technical skills needed for a long-term career in IT., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
