Job description

  • Product ownership: Own the product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog for Oracle Fusion SCM including Demand Planning & MRP, Product Data Hub (PDH), New Product Introduction (NPI/NIR), Manufacturing, Inventory & Costing, Logistics & Fulfillment. Drive full product lifecycle management from roadmap to backlog to delivery to adoption to value realization. Drive Platform adoption and value realization through KPIs and data-driven improvements. Drive Redwood transition and adoption working with SCM stakeholders.
  • Solution delivery: Perform Hands-on configuration and lead end-to-end solution delivery (design, UAT, upgrades, release readiness)

  • Business partnership: Serve as the primary IS&T partner and strategic advisor for Supply Chain & Manufacturing leadership. Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and measurable outcomes.
  • Transformation: Identify and resolve underlying data and process inefficiencies, driving standardization and optimization. Champion AI and intelligent automation use cases across forecasting, planning optimization, inventory intelligence and exception management.
  • Data, Integration & Insights: Partner with data engineering teams to translate data into actionable insights and dashboards. Leverage OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI) and BI Publisher (BIP) for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with integration engineers and drive integrations with enterprise systems such as LIMS, logistics platforms, carriers, PLM, QMS, and MES.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure SOX compliance and operational controls across manufacturing, costing, inventory processes. Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall experience owning or delivering ERP Supply Chain solutions within IS&T/IT.
  • At least 3+ years of strong hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM experience including design, configuration, testing, reporting, and production support.
  • Deep functional expertise across Demand Planning, PDH, MRP/Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, and Costing.
  • Experience with PLM / NIR workflows and quality processes.
  • Solid understanding of Fusion data models, integration patterns, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value realization.
  • Experience leading ERP-enabled operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
  • SOX and regulated-environment experience.
  • Outcome-driven, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Able to navigate and deliver under ambiguity and change of priorities, * Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (life sciences preferred).
  • Experience supporting M&A integrations or rapid business scale.
  • Experience driving intelligent automation in supply chain operations.

Benefits & conditions

This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Compensation Range $154,600-$193,300 USD, Competitive Benefits - Employee benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans for eligible employees and their dependents.
