Job description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and AWS to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure and cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Windows systems, Microsoft 365 administration, AWS services, security, and system monitoring., * Manage and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.

  • Administer Microsoft 365, including users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and access controls.
  • Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery, and system restoration processes.
  • Apply security patches, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Implement and maintain security policies and access controls.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and IT access requirements.
  • Automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell or scripting.
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and asset records.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory / Entra ID.
  • Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and basic networking.
  • Experience with PowerShell and system automation.
  • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and related services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of AWS security and identity management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and security tools.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • AWS or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
