Mitigation Technician

As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in addressing emergency property damage situations., * Respond to emergency property damage calls including water, fire, smoke, and mold.

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and site cleanup.
• Assist with demolition, removing fixtures, and securing structures.
• Document job progress using photos, notes, and digital tools.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule including nights and weekends., The company offers full support for certifications such as IICRC.
