IT Planning & Project Analyst I

Participate in the budget process to assure adequate appropriation of funds and monitor actual expenses and capital appropriation requests for adherence to budget.

• Coordinate the preparation, review, and consolidation of Information Systems budgets and business plans.

• Responsible for centralized purchasing management and administration. -Work closely with multiple department leaders to understand business needs.

• Participate in IT department monthly financial allocation and closing processes.

• Seek to achieve the highest value service from vendors and evaluates vendor performance according to established performance metrics.

• Liaison for IT teams for various IT renewals related to business systems, licensing, and hardware. -Participate in internal and external audits including vendor license compliance audits.

• Support Service Management Framework processes and organizational governance policies

• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualification

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with customer focus

• Ability to manage own time effectively in fast paced environment, 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Communications and/or equivalent work experience in field.

• Understand of basic project management concepts
