Job description

As part of our next stage of product development, we are building a new analytics platform for mid-market businesses. The team will create tools that bring together operational data, reporting, and actionable insights in one intuitive product. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be one of the engineers shaping this product from its early stages, with a meaningful voice in both technical direction and how the product evolves., * Build and ship features across a TypeScript/React frontend and Python/PostgreSQL backend

  • Develop analytics functionality that turns business data into useful dashboards, reporting, and insights
  • Own the technical design and implementation of the features you build, with support from senior engineers
  • Work closely with product and design to turn requirements into reliable, intuitive experiences
  • Write and maintain automated tests and take responsibility for the quality of what you ship
  • Investigate production issues, improve performance, and contribute to the reliability of the platform
  • Review pull requests and contribute thoughtful, constructive feedback
  • Help shape engineering practices and technical decisions as the new product team grows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production web applications
  • Strong experience with either React/TypeScript or Python, with the ability to work comfortably across the stack
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and practical SQL experience
  • Experience building APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
  • Good understanding of testing, debugging, and production software development
  • Able to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously with a distributed US-based team
  • Product-minded approach: you care about how the software works for customers, not just how it works technically

NICE TO HAVE

  • AWS or other cloud platform experience
  • Terraform or infrastructure-as-code experience
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or analytics products
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience building products for mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, reporting systems, or business intelligence tooling

Benefits & conditions

$110,000-$140,000 determined based on experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.

CelebriOS offers a remote-first working environment, professional development opportunities, and a benefits package designed to support our team. Full details of compensation, benefits, and other employment terms will be discussed during the interview process.
