Mobile Software Engineer

The Senior Technical Lead leads 1-2 engineering teams while remaining hands-on with mobile application development, architecture, coding, and debugging. The role provides technical direction, mentors engineers, drives software quality, and collaborates with product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with strong native mobile development experience.
• 2+ years of Flutter and Dart experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead/people leadership role, preferably managing direct reports.
• Strong experience in system design, architecture, hands-on coding, and debugging.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives from inception to completion.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
