About the company

Zerova Technologies is a global leader in AC Level 2 and DC Level 3 EV charging solutions, powering EV brands in 60+ countries. As a pure white-label provider and subsidiary of Phihong Technology, we bring 50+ years of power-electronics expertise to the EV market. With operations across North America, Asia, and EMEA-we’re expanding rapidly to support the transition to electrified mobility.

Our culture: collaborative, customer-first, and mission-driven. Join a team that’s building reliable, open, and sustainable charging infrastructure.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Be the first call that keeps chargers charging: troubleshoot AC/DC EVSE, diagnose faults, and deliver resolutions with precision.
  • Own the case, close the loop: log, track, and resolve issues in Salesforce Service Cloud to meet SLAs.
  • Turn data into answers: analyze OCPP logs, PCAPs, SLAC tests, and network traces to find root causes.
  • Level up the ecosystem: deliver hands-on training to customers, partners, and technicians in Zerova’s certification program.
  • Collaborate across teams: work with R&D and third-party SLA partners to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Be field-ready: travel primarily within CA/West Coast, with occasional nationwide assignments.
