Data Engineer- SSIS SQL

Provide round-the-clock support for jobs and SSIS packages in production Monitor data workflows and ETL pipelines troubleshoot failures and ensure timely resolution of incidents Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy fixes and enhancements Maintain support documentation run books and incident logs Participate in on call rotations and ensure coverage across all shifts Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards

Strong experience with SSIS SQL Server Integration Services Knowledge of scripting Python PowerShell or Bash for automation Proven track record in production support for data platforms Familiarity with monitoring and ing tools e.g. Azure Monitor Grafana etc. Good understanding of incident management and ticketing systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities, Mandatory Skills: MSBI-SSIS Good to Have Skills: MS SQL Server
