  • Strong Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, LWC, Apex, Flow
  • Experience with OmniStudio, Data Cloud, Knowledge, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud

  • Strong REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, OAuth, Named Credentials, Platform Events SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, SFDX, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD

  • Financial Services/Banking experience preferred
  • Strong AI grounding, prompt engineering, security & governance
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
