Fleet Support Analyst

• Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time fleet issue escalations and operational support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and autonomous vehicle system issues using telemetry and diagnostic data.
• Escalate unresolved technical concerns to engineering and higher-level support teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Document troubleshooting activities, findings, and resolutions within Jira to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Analyze historical fleet data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for preventive action.

• Minimum of 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience, preferably in the automotive, transportation, or related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience interpreting data and using insights to identify operational issues and trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
