Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Technology Operations to join our Technical Integrations team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for helping API sellers get onboarded to Walmart Marketplace ecosystem. You will be closely working with Channel Partnership Business team to help them integrate using US Marketplace API’s. You will also learn more about Marketplace API ecosystem and will closely work with MP , WFS and LPD API product managers for enhancements and future projects., * Managing API integrations: Closely work the Marketplace sellers for API integrations and resolve any API issues. Using POSTMAN tool replicate issues and work with TechOps/engineering team to identify root cause and resolve issues long term. You will be closely working with Seller Incubation team and must join regular seller meetings related to API integrations. You will be responsible for explaining how Marketplace API’s works and inform seller about our best practices.

  • Driving product improvement: Work directly with partners, key stakeholders, and leadership teams, understanding their suite of products, services, and solutions, articulating gaps to make recommendations to enhance product offerings. Understand partner and seller needs to serve as a consultant on API integrations that drive seller acquisition, GMV growth and address pain points.
  • Working cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product Management, Operations team to deliver best-in-class API seller experiences. Build, maintain, and enhance effective internal and external partnerships through professionally accepted and ethical outcomes. Recognizes and adapts to differences in backgrounds, cultures, languages, and work styles when working with others. Communicates with team members to solve shared problems cooperatively.
  • Autonomous Work: Take ownership and be responsible for management of the above and action with limited manager oversight.

  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5- 7 years’ experience in supporting API integrations.
  • Understanding of XSD’s and JSON schemas. Knowledge about REST API’s and well versed with tools like Postman.
  • Ability to analyze seller reported API issues and resolve them.
  • Closely work with TechOps and engineering team for escalated seller issues.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical and analytical knowledge.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
