Manager, Technology Operations

We are looking for a strong leader to help build and scale our Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) business. In this role you will help shape our strategy and operations, product strategy, and cost savings, while prioritizing solutions that enhance our value proposition for sellers and drive meaningful bottom-line returns on our P&L., * Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.

• Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
• Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area; manages risks associated with implementation.
• Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value.
• Presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.

The ideal candidate has great problem-solving skills, executive-level communication, worked in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and exceptional data-driven decision-making and analytical skills (e.g., SQL). Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
