Job description
- Serve as a trusted advisor during the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Provide independent validation of program strategy, solution design, and execution plans
- Identify project risks, gaps, and potential issues, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Review and challenge system integrator recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to guide decision-making and program governance
- Support localization and global rollout initiatives while ensuring best practices are followed
- Help ensure the transformation program progresses efficiently and delivers expected business value.
Requirements
- 15+ years of SAP FI experience
- Proven track record leading multiple SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Experience in large-scale, global enterprise environments
- Strong advisory and consulting background with the ability to provide independent oversight
- Expertise in validating solution designs, identifying risks and gaps, and challenging implementation approaches when necessary
- Ability to collaborate with business and IT leadership to drive successful program outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
