The software is built…, As a .NET Developer, you will join a team of eight developers in a multicultural environment. The team consists of both men and women, and English is the primary working language. Development is organized according to the Agile methodology, with short sprints and daily stand-ups to discuss progress and address any challenges. This allows you to continuously learn while making a direct impact on the ongoing development of the platform.

The software is built entirely in-house from scratch. Your responsibilities will mainly include:

• Optimizing the existing application
• Migrating legacy code to a modern technology stack
• Developing new features
• Building and maintaining various integrations

You will be given a great deal of freedom and responsibility to contribute your own ideas and help take the platform to the next level. Collaboration is key, ensuring that code quality remains consistently high.

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience
• At least 3 years of experience with C#/.NET
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated

• Gross monthly salary between 4,000 and 5,500 based on a 40-hour workweek
• Flexible workweek of 32, 36, or 40 hours
