Job description

Als Junior Support Medewerker ondersteun je onze installateurs, resellers en integratiepartners bij technische vraagstukken rondom onze oplossingen.

  • Beantwoorden van technische vragen van partners en installateurs.
  • Ondersteunen bij de configuratie van onze camerasystemen:
  • Ondersteunen bij storingsanalyses en troubleshooting.
  • Testen van hardware en software in onze demo omgeving.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van supporttickets.
  • Assisteren bij productdemonstraties en trainingen.
  • Opbouwen van productkennis en technische documentatie.
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s van verkoop en projecten. Wat vragen wij? Wij zoeken een leergierige collega met interesse in beveiligingstechnologie, video-observatie en IP-netwerken.

Requirements

Je hebt:

  • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Een opleiding richting ICT, Elektrotechniek, Beveiligingstechniek of vergelijkbaar.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een klantgerichte en servicegerichte instelling.
