Training & Implementation Project Manager

You’ll work closely with customers, guiding them through the implementation process while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with clear commercial impact., * Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of the Pinewood platform across dealership customers

• Facilitate initial project meetings to understand customer requirements and define implementation scope

• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, including timelines and resource allocation

• Manage project risks and ensure issues are identified and resolved proactively

• Deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders, including customers and internal leadership

• Conduct on-site consultancy visits, including set-up, live week support, and follow-up sessions

• Support and deliver training sessions to ensure effective system adoption

• Ensure all project documentation and internal systems are kept accurate and up to date

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to Pinewood standards

• Lead and support team members, including conducting 1-2-1s, setting objectives, and driving performance

• Represent Pinewood professionally to customers, promoting company values and best practices

• Stay up to date with automotive industry trends and evolving customer needs

This role suits someone who combines strong project management capability with excellent communication skills and a passion for working directly with customers in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment., * Strong project management experience, ideally within software implementation or consultancy environments

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

• Experience working within the motor trade or automotive technology sector

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Strong organisational skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach

• Confident, self-motivated, and able to lead by example

• Experience mentoring or managing team members is advantageous

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and general IT systems

• Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification is desirable

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (UK and internationally)
