• Collaborate with IT and data teams to identify, validate, and leverage data sources.
• Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support ongoing dashboard enhancements and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Train end users and stakeholders on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.

• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to balance multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Contact center, customer service, operations, or customer experience reporting experience.
• Familiarity with metrics such as:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
