in-app device experience.Higher Net Promoter Score (NPS) driven by device software usability and feature performance.QualificationsRequiredEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).Product Management: 2+ years in product management (preferably as a Product Owner) or Business Analysis, with a track record of owning shipped consumer features post-launch.Agile Frameworks: 2+ years working in Agile/Lean environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), writing user stories, and managing sprint backlogs.Analytics & KPIs: Demonstrated experience defining, instrumenting, and reporting on product performance metrics.Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.PreferredConnected Hardware: Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) products, hardware-software integration, and cross-platform mobile app development.Tooling: Experience with Azure DevOps and Figma.Scaled Agile: Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile Release Trains.Domain: Background in consumer-facing software or connected device ecosystems.
