  • bist Hauptansprechpartner bei Computerproblemen
  • lĂśst Software-, Hardware- und Geräteprobleme
  • installierst und konfigurierst Desktop-Hardware sowie Software
  • bietest Support fĂźr Client-Standardtechnologien
  • fĂźhrst Grundlagen-Fehlerbehebung bei PC-Verbindungsproblemen durch
  • kommunizierst mit Kunden Ăźber den Fortschritt von StĂśrungen
  • Ăźberwachst die Netzleistung und ergreifst Maßnahmen bei Durchsatzproblemen

  • fundierte Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur, inklusive aktueller Produkte und LĂśsungen
  • Erfahrung in IT-Support-Rollen, idealerweise mit Microsoft Windows 7 / 10 und Microsoft Office 365
  • technische Versiertheit mit PC, Laptop und zugehĂśrigen Peripheriegeräten
  • Von Vorteil: Basisverständnis von ITIL-Prozessen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Ticketing-System ServiceNow
