AI/ML Engineer

This role will focus on building and deploying machine learning solutions that address complex jobsite and operational challenges. You will work across data curation, model development, and production deployment to help turn advanced AI capabilities into practical tools for the business. The position requires close collaboration with a cross-functional agile team and a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and real-world usability. Experience with computer vision, deep learning, and spatial intelligence will be especially valuable in shaping solutions for construction-focused use cases., * Apply machine learning frameworks to develop AI solutions.

• Adapt existing models and architectures to tackle construction site challenges.
• Lead data curation and data quality assessments for model updates.
• Collaborate in an agile team to deploy cloud-based solutions.
• Own components from conception to production deployment.

• MSc or Ph.D. in a related technical discipline preferred.
• Proven experience with a portfolio showcasing AI/ML solution deployment.
• Strong background in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
• Familiarity with multimodal systems and spatial intelligence techniques.
• Experience in optimizing models for performance in resource-constrained environments.
