Senior Applied AI/ML Developer

This role will focus on designing and implementing applied machine learning solutions that support advanced retrieval and generative AI capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical ML approaches that improve solution performance and delivery. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor team members, shape technical direction, and contribute to innovation in a hands-on, collaborative environment., * Design and implement machine learning solutions for retrieval-augmented generation platforms

• Conduct data analysis to create datasets for ML model training
• Work collaboratively to enhance solutions and stay on the technology edge

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
• Proficiency in the Python ML stack, including Pandas and deep learning frameworks
• Knowledge of experimental design and results analysis
