• Drive cross-team initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth coordination across stakeholders
• Harness AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, uncover insights, and elevate planning, reporting, and decision-making
• Remove roadblocks and champion team success, enabling high-performing teams to thrive and deliver value consistently
• Partner with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and optimize delivery outcomes
• Turn data into action by leveraging metrics and analytics to guide decisions, improve predictability, and strengthen delivery performance

• Abilities: Strong Agile leadership and facilitation capabilities; ability to coach teams, influence without authority, manage risks and dependencies, and leverage AI tools to generate insights, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams; experience leading cross-team initiatives; hands-on use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC tools (Azure DevOps, Jira); demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery, reporting, and productivity.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the Boston office 25% of the time.

• Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial packages, The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $149,900.00
