NET Web Developer III

• This developer position will provide application development and support for web applications in the Enterprise section of DCF. This developer will work as part of a team to develop and enhance applications using web technologies such as ASP.net MVC and databases such Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. As a programmer analyst the incumbent will work directly with lead technical staff to design, code, test, and implement new and existing web applications.
• This developer performs development of front - end and back-end development of web applications and web APIs (webservices). Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates documentation, and performs application coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. This developer may support recruiting and onboarding of new developers to the team, and verifying the code of junior/new developers.
• Project duties will also include implementation activities such as testing and quality assurance, and development of documentation and help screens.

• Knowledge of DCF programs, prior experience with Financial applications development and familiarity with client application systems, procedures, and development standards is highly preferred.
• The incumbent should have strong communication skills and be a team player.
