Requirements

Interview: Initial phone with HM followed by onsite for local candidates or a MS Teams panel interview for non-local candidates Must Have:

Active DoD Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship
6 8+ years relevant Firmware/Embedded experience
Strong C/C++ programming
Hands-on ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
RTOS experience
Embedded protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO
ADC, PWM, Timers
Strong firmware + hardware integration knowledge
Ability to independently make technical decisions

Strong Plus:

Bench-level debugging/testing
Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter
JTAG/SWD debugging
Ultra-low-power embedded systems
Defense/Aerospace or other mission-critical products
Experience evaluating an existing firmware codebase and deciding whether to maintain, refactor, or rewrite
