Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or related field 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery , preferably in ERP implementations Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Experience with e-learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual classroom tools) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Required Skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Certification in instructional design or training development (e.g., ATD, CPTD) Experience with global implementations and multicultural teams Knowledge of industry-specific business processes
