Sr. Digital Project Manager

• Lead complex digital projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Establish delivery methodologies, project plans, controls and governance.
• Coordinate and develop project business cases and supporting documentation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditure and project performance.
• Lead project teams and coordinate resources across multiple workstreams.
• Manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigating actions.
• Produce reporting to support governance and senior decision-making.
• Coordinate assurance and gateway reviews. Manage project change and associated controls.
• Oversee contracts and strategic suppliers, ensuring delivery against agreed time, cost and quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to project teams.

• Significant Digital Project / Programme Management experience.
• Demonstrable delivery of complex projects to time, cost and quality.
• Strong project planning, governance and controls experience.
• Business case development and excellent written communication skills.
• Budget management, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
• Contract and supplier management experience.
• Strong people leadership and senior stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to operate across complex organisational and project boundaries.
• APM PMQ or equivalent demonstrable digital project delivery experience.
• Active SC clearance is mandatory.

Desirable

• APM PPQ / Registered Project Professional.
• ITIL.
• PRINCE2 and/or Agile experience.
• Process and organisational change experience.
• Strong commercial awareness.
