Senior Onsite IT Support Engineer in Concord

• Provide Tier 2/3 support across desktop, network, and cloud environments (Windows, macOS, M365, Azure)
• Onboard/offboard users with a white-glove approach, ensuring seamless transitions
• Build and configure systems (Mac/PC) using AutoPilot, imaging, and scripting tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across endpoints, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects, migrations, and security hardening initiatives
• Maintain compliance and inventory accuracy across user, device, and software assets
• Support remote and onsite engagements, including technical audits and client-facing consultations

Z-TECH is seeking a sharp, customer-focused senior-level onsite IT professional to provide high-impact technical solutions and white-glove support at our office in Concord, MA and at client sites primarily in and around Greater Boston. You should be comfortable working in varied IT environments and enjoy working with a tight-knit team of peers by sharing your knowledge and learning new tech., * 3-7 years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP background a plus)

• Strong background in TCP Networking including dynamic VLAN and routing protocols, access control and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra AD, and conditional access policies
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage, scripting, and software deployment
• Familiarity with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, anti-phishing tools, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization (VMware)
• Bonus: SonicWall/Cisco, Automation, and Mac support experience
