If you’re eager to solve meaningful challenges and build with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Owner to lead and develop our Acquiring product at COLIBRIX ONE - a fully licensed EMI (FCA & MFSA), principal member of Visa and Mastercard, building AI-powered payment infrastructure for PSPs, EMIs, and neobanks across the EU and UK.This is not a generic acquiring role. We’re looking for someone who understands the mechanics of subscription and recurring payment models - including billing logic, payment recovery, and chargeback management - and who can think at scale: across merchant portfolios, payment ecosystems, and product strategy.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Acquiring ProductDefine and drive the product roadmap for acquiringOwn the full product lifecycle - from discovery and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimizationManage backlog and priorities based on metrics, strategy, and merchant needsTranslate market needs into clear product decisions with a long-term visionSubscriptions & Recurring PaymentsLead product development across recurring billing flows: CIT, MIT, card-on-file, retries, and dunningImprove authorization rates, recovery rates, and overall recurring payment performanceWork with PSPs and orchestration providers to optimize routing and processingCompliance & Scheme ExpertiseEnsure full compliance with Visa and Mastercard rules, including recurring payment regulationsApply deep knowledge of authorization, clearing, settlement, 3DS, and tokenizationManage subscription-specific risk: chargebacks, friendly fraud, trial abuse, and scheme thresholdsSupport KYC/KYB and AML requirements across merchant categoriesMerchant & Market FocusUnderstand the needs of both high-risk and low-risk merchant categoriesAssess subscription business models: unit economics, churn, fraud exposureIdentify opportunities to improve approval rates and merchant experience at scaleCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with risk, compliance, legal, finance, and engineering teamsFacilitate Agile practices within the product teamSupport go-to-market efforts in collaboration with marketing and partnersWhat We’re Looking ForMust-HaveExperience in product management within fintech / payments / card acquiringProven experience with subscription and recurring payment modelsDirect experience working with Visa and Mastercard as a principal memberDeep understanding of scheme rules, recurring billing compliance, and chargeback managementRisk & Compliance KnowledgeExpertise in chargebacks in subscription environmentsSolid knowledge of Visa / Mastercard thresholds and recurring payment rulesFamiliarity with 3DS, tokenization, KYC/KYB, AMLProduct & Commercial SkillsAbility to think at scale - across merchants, products, and ecosystemsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetAbility to assess business models and translate insights into product prioritiesAdditionalFluent English; Russian is an assetOwnership mindset and ability to operate independentlyExperience with card processor integrations is a plusWhat We Offer:Opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing companyCollaborative, horizontal team structure that values your expertise and ideasContinuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growthCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Please note that this position is offered within the COLIBRIX ONE. Must-Have Experience in product management within fintech / payments / card acquiring Proven experience with subscription and recurring payment models Direct experience working with Visa and Mastercard as a principal member Deep understanding of scheme rules, recurring billing compliance, and chargeback management Risk & Compliance Knowledge Expertise in chargebacks in subscription environments Solid knowledge of Visa / Mastercard thresholds and recurring payment rules Familiarity with 3DS, tokenization, KYC/KYB, AML Product & Commercial Skills Ability to think at scale - across merchants, products, and ecosystems Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to assess business models and translate insights into product priorities Additional Fluent English; Russian is an asset Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently Experience with card processor integrations is a plus
