Job description

A global electronic and semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Network Project Manager to join their team! The client’s enterprise network has been on a multi-year transformation journey, and they are continuing to build on it to establish a cutting-edge, cloud-ready network and security posture across our global manufacturing and office sites. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead (& be part of the team) the planning and delivery of complex network infrastructure programs, including site separations and migrations, network cutovers, SD-WAN and next-generation firewall rollouts, along with the day-to-day governance that keeps them on track.

This is a hands-on technical program role rather than a people-management one. You will own program plans, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams, translate network engineering detail into executive-ready status, and hold internal teams, managed-service partners, and vendors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality. You will work closely with the Network Tower Lead, TCOM Team, security, and site IT teams to deliver outcomes that are resilient, secure, and audit ready., * Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise network infrastructure programs (site separations, site migrations, and network cutovers) from charter and scope through planning, execution, and closeout.

  • Build and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and critical path across LAN/WLAN, WAN and SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and network security workstreams.
  • Manage telecom vendors and managed-service providers across onboarding, resource requirements, statements of work, and delivery quality, holding them to agreed service levels.
  • Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies, escalating early with clear options and recommendations.
  • Produce weekly status, portfolio updates, and executive-ready reporting; run steering and governance forums; and keep charters and program documentation current.

Improve program delivery practices, templates, and playbooks across the network tower

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. • Demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-site programs such as network migrations, cutovers, data-center moves, or infrastructure separations and carve-outs.
  • Proven vendor and managed-service-provider management, including resourcing, statements of work, and SLA governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication across global, cross-functional, and matrixed teams.
  • Project or program management certification (PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2) or equivalent demonstrated experience, with familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery. - Hands-on program experience with platforms in our environment, such as Palo Alto Prisma Access and Prisma SD-WAN, SCM-managed next-generation firewalls, Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM), FortiAuthenticator, LogicMonitor, and Cisco LAN/WLAN.
