Requirements

At least 7 years of work experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading technology and digital transformation companies through AI-enabled solutions in areas such as operations, customer engagement or sales (e.g., virtual agents, process automation, sales order processing). Proven experience delivering business value through transformation projects with a significant technical component At least 2 years of demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project demands Proven ability to build relationships and manage clients across different levels of seniority Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop transformative, AI-driven solutions Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams Some technical knowledge of AI or software development Commitment to inclusivity, developing others, and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect Fluency in Spanish and English
