Job description

A leading organization is seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst I to join their technical support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and clients needing technical assistance, helping resolve IT issues and keeping systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Assist with password resets, software troubleshooting, and system inquiries
  • Provide remote support for Windows, MacOS, desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Contribute feedback to improve support processes and procedures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (IT or Computer Science coursework a plus)
  • 1-2 years of IT support experience via phone, chat, or email preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Exchange, and common business applications
  • Familiarity with networking basics and enterprise ticketing systems
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Certifications

  • HDI, A+, Network+, or MCP
  • HDI certification required within 1 year of hire, Hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology Work with experienced IT professionals in a collaborative environment Exposure to modern tools like ServiceNow and remote support platforms
