Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate IT support role Solid hands-on knowledge of Windows *****, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Experience with device management tools such as Intune and Autopilot Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments and VOIP systems, including MS Teams Voice C1 level in both Spanish and English, written and spoken Strong communication and customer service skills Nice to have Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft MCSA Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP or similar) Experience in an international or cross-functional environment
