HR Systems and Benefits Specialist

Calgon Carbon Corporation Careers seeks an HR Systems and Benefits Specialist II to support HRIS and benefits administration in a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you will maintain HR data accuracy, configure HR systems, and support payroll interfaces while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will administer health, retirement, and wellness benefits, assist employees with enrollments and questions, and partner with vendors and brokers. You will help optimize HR processes, generate reports and analytics, and support projects that enhance employee experience, safety, and organizational effectiveness., * Maintain and update HRIS data and system configurations

• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Serve as employee point of contact for benefits and HR systems questions
• Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in HR and benefits
• Generate HR and benefits reports and analytics for leadership
• Support payroll interfaces and data integrity between HR and payroll systems
• Participate in HR process improvement and systems enhancement projects
• Support annual open enrollment and benefits communication activities
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for HR systems and benefits
