Job description
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Senior IT Applications Engineer to lead development and optimization of our AEM platform. You will design, build, and maintain scalable AEM solutions, integrating with enterprise systems to support digital experiences. Partner with product, UX, and infrastructure teams to define architecture, improve performance, and ensure reliability and security. Mentor engineers, drive best practices, automate deployments, and troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on continual improvement and innovation., * Design, develop, and maintain AEM-based applications and components.
- Architect scalable, secure AEM solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and infrastructure teams to deliver digital experiences.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on AEM and application engineering.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, documentation, and process improvement.

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development
