Ryder System is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that power our transportation and warehousing operations. You will lead platform architecture, configure ITSM/ITOM modules, integrate ServiceNow with logistics and fleet systems, and enforce development standards. Partner with operations, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into scalable workflows, dashboards, and automations.
