A wealth of information is available at ., This role supports key business operations in the Human Capital Management system and helps keep major processes running smoothly. It also ensures that system updates, improvements, and daily tasks stay aligned with business needs. As a Sr ERP Business Operations Specialist, you will perform the following duties:
- System Expertise: Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Human Capital Management ecosystem, partnering with business stakeholders to maintain stable operations, lead enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement aligned to business strategy
- Process Redesign: Review business processes, adjust PeopleSoft HCM settings, and support HR and payroll teams
- Module Support: Lead configuration, testing, and assistance for Core HR, Workforce Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Absence modules
- Specification Writing: Prepare functional specifications, build testing plans, and confirm that system changes work correctly
- Technical Assistance: Resolve software issues and find ways to streamline HR and payroll operations
- Policy Conversion: Translate business policies into system rules, ensure compliance, and explain system behavior in clear terms, * If you are claiming education in your answers to the supplemental application questions, you must attach a copy of your college transcripts for your claim to be accepted toward meeting the minimum requirements. Requirements
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Four years’ experience in business process redesign, enterprise software configuration, and technical support in an ERP environment, preferably with PeopleSoft HCM and an associates degree in any information technology field; or
- Two years of information technology experience in business process redesign, enterprise software configuration, and technical support in an ERP environment, and a bachelor’s degree in any information technology field; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
Additional Requirements:
- You must have experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- You must have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar enterprise HR/payroll systems.
- You must have led or participated in business process redesign projects in an ERP environment.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- Experience working closely with Human Resources business teams to support operational needs
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Dauphin. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
